Returns

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. Defective items only will be replaced within 60 days from purchase invoice date. Defective item must be in original packaging and a copy of invoice must be returned with prior approval and an RMA number from support@myworld.id to the address provided by support@myworld.id. Shipment must have a postage ship date no later than 60 days from purchasing invoice date.

Shipment Delays

W Worldwide LLC dba My World does not guarantee the delivery date of any shipment. 

Damaged Shipments

W Worldwide LLC dba My World fulfillment center partners make every effort to pack orders in such a way to prevent product damage during shipment. Shipments become the responsibility of the carrier upon pickup from the W Worldwide LLC dba My World fulfillment center partners. If a damaged package is received you must contact the W Worldwide LLC dba My World Corporate Office within 3 business days of receipt. (support@myworld.id) Customers must keep the box, products and packaging until a claim is filed. W Worldwide LLC dba My World fulfillment center partners will file applicable claim with the carrier.

Returned Packages

If an UNOPENED shipment is refused or returned for any reason, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment LESS a 20% Restocking Fee and the original Shipping and Handling Fee. (OPENED SHIPMENTS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN)

Stolen Packages

Shipments become the responsibility of the carrier upon pickup from W Worldwide LLC dba My World fulfillment center partners. If a package is stolen, the customer must contact law enforcement.

Undelivered Packages

Shipments become the responsibility of the carrier upon pickup from W Worldwide LLC dba My World fulfillment center partners. If a package is undelivered, the customer must contact the W Worldwide LLC dba My World immediately. (support@myworld.id).  W Worldwide LLC dba My World fulfillment center partners will file applicable claim with the carrier.

Missing Items

If an order is received and an item/items are missing, please contact Customer Service within three business days of receipt. Customers must keep the box and packaging until resolved. (support@myworld.id) W Worldwide LLC dba My World fulfillment center partners will investigate to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
